2. Direct Door Shipping: Here at Colony Distribution, we ensure that your purchases, whether made over the phone or in-store, are shipped directly to your chosen location at an affordable flat rate.
3. Carriers: To meet our shipping standards, we collaborate with major carriers, including Purolator, Overnight Expedite, DHL, Canada Post, and Ace Courier.
4. Order Processing: If we cannot ship your purchase within 48 hours, we will promptly contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.
5. International Shipping: For orders outside of Canada, additional charges such as taxes, fees, or customs charges may apply. These additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.

1. Our Guarantee & Returns:  If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. The returned items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will refund all shipping charges. Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
